I love this picture, it brings me (Gran Jan) lots of joy! This is my boy and his boy, my Jeremy with his Zeke. I love watching my son and his precious wife (my daughter-in-love) with their son, my grandson. They are happy parents, grateful for the opportunity to be parents, when they were “told” they probably would not have children. My God is a mountain mover, and He has blessed us indeed with this gift of love. This is the reason for my blog and hence the title…Gran Jan’s Joy. I blog to share my joy – joy in Jesus, joy in my family, and joy in sojourning until He comes to take me home. Until then, my heart will go on singing, Until then, with JOY I’ll carry on…
This is such a beautiful post! God is GOOD! I found you by way of The Preacher’s Wife. Love your blog. ๐
I can’t imagine how that feels to watch your children have children and parent children….I think being a grandparent has to be the BEST!!! I know they are complete joy to you….your words and your smile give it away! ๐
Have a beautiful weekend.
Love,
Fran
Loved getting to hug your neck Sunday night! You all are going to have to have another Siesta gathering so Wendy and I can come! You make me smile! I just love your heart!
Did you all show Beth and Melissa how to ice skate in your socks in the Governors Ball room?
Your boys are just precious! Have a Blessed day!

Zeke could NOT be any cuter! Praising God for the blessings he pours out.
Pictures like these warm my heart, too, at God’s sweet mercy.
I wasn’t supposed to be able to have children either. 4 kids later and I say God is WAY bigger than all that… ๐
Beautiful photo, Mrs. Jan! Wish I could have said hello this weekend!
What an adorable little boy!!! Our God is so good, isn’t He!!!
I haven’t really done much on my blog yet…Haven’t figured out how to put pics on here yet.
Looking forward to tomorrow night…maybe I’ll get to see you:)
